Returns/Exchanges
To make a return or exchange an item, download and fill out our Return Authorization form. Return the completed form along with the unwanted item to:

Opticride is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns: Any purchase made online at opticride.com is eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return items must be in unused, like-new condition, and in their original packaging (for broken or defective products, see our warranty section below). The item may not fit correctly, or look differently then you expected. In this case, we will refund your money in full (minus shipping costs) upon reciept of the unwanted item. OpticRide reserves the right to deny any return if we feel the product has been worn extensively or mishandled in a way to cause physical harm.
Exchanges: Want something else? OpticRide makes it easy to exchange an unwanted item for another one available on our website. Remember, all return policies still apply. To make an exchange, complete our RA form, making sure to specify the new item, and send the product back to us. We'll credit/charge you the difference in price when we recieve the return item.
Wrong Item? We hate to admit it, but it happens. If we mixed up your order, email us immediately at info@opticride.com. Let us know what happened and we'll get the right item out to you immediately, along with a shipping label to return the other one back to us.
Broken/Defective Items: Warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the Manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing. Please contact the Manufacturer's warranty department for service.
Tips for a successful return:
- Ship the item via UPS or FedEx ground
- Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.
- To speed up processing, it is helpful to print your order number on the outside of the box.
- Do not return any items via COD - our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.
